Yeah Atlanta is different. The difference in houses you see on the same street is crazy. Moreland and Riverdale used to be crazy as hell to me. It’s a lot of nice spots on the east and south sides and that’s where some of the worst hoods are.

30 minutes outside of Atlanta and 20 minutes away from the airport. You’re not going to get a house of that size and that type of acreage that’s in the heart of the city. He also owns a mansion up the street from the Holyfield mansion in a gated community where the homes are worth millions as well. That house is a promotional tool, he doesn’t actually live there.

Same thing goes for land. Idk what obsession people have with buying land but you talk to most investors and a lot of them aren’t really into buying just any land. They are more interested in land that is in a growing area.


A tiny lot in midtown Atlanta for example will probably be a much greater return than some big plot of land 4 hours in the middle of the state next to nothing
