It sounds crazy but they probably have answers for him. I'm convinced that all laws have loopholes, you just have to find them and be creative when arguing them. He needs to holla @ one of dem jail house lawyers. I knew this guy who was locked up that studied law inside. He was telling me a lot of ill ish that I never heard before.
