I'm not seeing how

The high moments on both of those projects are head and shoulders over the high moments on Ross'

Nah. The highs on Ross's album are as good as anything that dropped this year.

Not Game's album so much as Drake's

Lyrically, delivery, flow-wise and subject matter Rozay album trumps Drake's shyt.

Drake ain't talkin bout shyt on IYRTITL.

I like Ross's album more than Drake's, but you're selling Drake short here. He's spitting on that album.

Content and lyricism are only two variables you judge?

Drake's project is more cohesive and is the perfect blend of his skill set (rap and singing). The layout was also incredible. Remember how it just dropped out of no where? It's replay value is crazy.

You mean Quentin Miller is spittin :sas1:

He gets busy on some tracks and others he's mailing it in. Ross is more consistent on his project

:ehh: Fair enough. I'll be honest, I'm still trying to figure out how I stand on that whole situation, but the music was dope imo outside a handful of joints.

Nah production too :jawalrus: with Ross and Drake, both of them got dope beats but Rozay got them super smooth joints :ohlawd:

Nothing Was The Same is the album were I believe Drake utilized his potential (rap & singing) to the max.

That's why I gotta put asterisks next to Drake's shyt. His credibility is shot with me and I fukk with most of his stuff post-Take Care, while I know Rozay is putting in this work.

:myman: Okay, we're in the same boat then. I was confused as hell when those reference tracks dropped because I really just started liking dude's music a couple years ago.

Yeah, I even like some of his early tapes up to "So Far Gone".

But as for his mainstream run his albums ain't do nothing for me until Nothing Was The Same. That's when I became able to tolerate Drizzy for a whole album.
