Not sure what all of the celebration is for. Surely the guy claiming to have been beaten and have his teeth crack has some sort of physical evidence for it. If that's true (which I'm sure it is or Ross probably never would have been locked up) then there is no case here. If 50 hyped him up to sue that isn't against the law either. All of this was probably done for spite after the fact by 50, nothing more or less.
