Im going to say something that is more of a likely scenario. 50 has been obsessed w/ Ross to the point he can't stop messing w/ him. I think there's a bit more to the story than what is being addressed. 50 really couldn't handle the fact he couldn't bring Ross down and he went too far.

They wouldn't countersue if they didn't know this guy was going to collapse like a old farmhouse. I think Johnny likely has a history of being a bit of a con man and huckster. Just show me the evidence.

Snitching is when you don't take responsibility for your own fukk ups and want to implicate another muthafukka.

This man possibly set up ross and filed false charges against him. Not just any charges, fukkin kidnapping charges. What ross supposed to do? Handle it in the street, dude end up dead and then the police would be knocking on Ross's door the next fukkin day. Ross doing the right thing.

Its crazy how all of this started all because Ross said to a reporter 50 looked at him "the wrong way" at some award show.
