Yeah, 50 used to get props for playing his 48 Laws of Power strategically, and even collaborated with Robert Greene on a similar book. Time has shown that he’s way more one-note than that, and his lack of discernment and humility causes him to make unnecessary mistakes. His only gear is brute force, which is powerful when it works, but it has its limitations. Very much like Trump in that regard.

Ross's exposure was a big deal but that itself even transcended the 50 beef. 50 wasn't even the one who blew the photo up online. There was a lot of shock value and clowning once it got exposed but, when Ross kept delivering good music and focused more on the "luxury rap" lane, people outside of G Unit stans and niche rap fans online moved on and still played his stuff.
50's main attack was targeting his baby mama and trolling him with videos. It was cool for a moment but 50 started overdoing it and it became blatantly obvious that he was using beef yet again for another album rollout and attention.
But I don't think 2003-2005 50 would've necessarily ended Ross either. He couldn't stop Game, Jada, Fat Joe, and Nas for continuing their runs after Piggy Bank. 50 got lucky af beefing with Ja Rule when people were getting tired of him and having Eminem at his peak backing him up and also dissing Ja Rule.
