Let's keep it a band, and this coming from a nikka who done four YEARS. I don't even wanna hear the shyt you petty thief, 3rd drug possession but get out in 30 daysass nikkas is kickin right now. I'ma keep it funky wit you motherfukkers.
C.O.s have a probationary period in most if not ALL correctional facilities/jails. Mostly ranging from 90 - 180 days. Ross was a C.O. for 18 months. During this probationary period, and normally for a year or two afterward, there are HEAVY eyes on these new recuits.. You don't just become a C.O. then start flippin packs for nikkas on the yard. The C.O.s are subject to searches when they enter and leave the facility as well, their superiors aren't fukking idiots. And with Florida being a major drug trade state, it's not as if it's easily believable.
Ross being the fat motherfukker he is, it's definitely PHYSICALLY possible that sneaking contraband on & off the premises could've been his M.O. for taking the job, but as a nikka who was literally broke, trying to break into the rap industry, and worked menial jobs such as being Trick Daddy's driver (not a kingpin), I think you fukk nikkas need to re evaluate life for a second. A few of you cats seen the inside of a jail and are STILL fukk boys. That time itself don't make you no realer.

And yeah, it's ALL kinds of C.O.s, but for the most part, the ones doing dirt are in the MINORITY. Like 15-20% of all C.O.s on any given compound MIGHT be involved in doing dirt, wether it's sneaking contraband, lettin nikkas fukk they bytch in V.I.s, or turning a blind eye to illegal activity. But the dikkheads, fukk boys, and losers who just wanna see people suffer FARLY outnumber them. And the BEST ones at doing dirt that I've seen are always the ones you'd least expect. Those same dikkheads, etc. So it's not as easy as just poining a finger and saying "Yeah, I can believe Ross..." Muthafukka, Ross worked for the State less than 15 years ago. He's not so far removed from it, that the Drug and Conspiracy laws in Florida can't still put his ass on time-out for a few years. With all these hip-hop police and mad ass crackers who wanna see ANY successful nikka fail, I'm pretty sure that if Ross WAS involved in this kind of activity, it'd be a known fact by now.
