Talking about 'experienced gang members' like they're special forces operators or some shyt, the shooters should have double backed and finished him, no way the car would have been missed etc.
It's like fantasy land here, as if killing in real life is like a GTA game. It's easy to talk that shyt when you're on the sidelines.
Who knows what the fukk actually happened. Adrenaline affects people in a big way. The shooters could have been scrubs. They could have panicked. They could have been coked up. Maybe the driver didn't slow down enough. Whatever.
People are really overestimating the skills of the average trapboy. Not everyone in the hood is Chris Partlow.
