"People who live in the adjacent upscale neighborhood heard the gunfire. “I jumped out of bed and ran out and George was in the kitchen and I said did you hear that and he said ya, that sounded like a machine gun or something,” said Carol Touchstone.

“An employee of the Floridian restaurant, which is open 24 hours, was outside at the time of the shooting and saw the crash. "Just pop, pop, pop, I didn’t really count. It happened real quick,” said the employee which did not wish to be named in this report. “It was just squealing his tires, I saw him go by- ran right into the building there.”

C.O.s have a probationary period in most if not ALL correctional facilities/jails. Mostly ranging from 90 - 180 days. Ross was a C.O. for 18 months. During this probationary period, and normally for a year or two afterward, there are HEAVY eyes on these new recuits.. You don't just become a C.O. then start flippin packs for nikkas on the yard. The C.O.s are subject to searches when they enter and leave the facility as well, their superiors aren't fukking idiots. And with Florida being a major drug trade state, it's not as if it's easily believable. If a nikka WAS movin packs & lookin out for nikkas that was locked up, it's more likely that it's a VET or a higher level officer like a sergeant, captain or corporal doing the dirty work.

Ross being the fat motherfukker he is, it's definitely PHYSICALLY possible that sneaking contraband on & off the premises could've been his M.O. for taking the job, but as a nikka who was literally broke, trying to break into the rap industry, and worked menial jobs such as being Trick Daddy's driver (not a kingpin), I think you fukk nikkas need to re evaluate life for a second. Like 15-20% of all C.O.s on any given compound MIGHT be involved in doing dirt, wether it's sneaking contraband, lettin nikkas fukk they bytch in V.I.s, or turning a blind eye to illegal activity. Ross worked for the State less than 15 years ago. He's not so far removed from it, that the Drug and Conspiracy laws in Florida can't still put his ass on time-out for a few years. Rick Ross aint no notorious b.i.g but he is one of the best rappers out. Wether you think he is real or not...deeper than rap is one of the best hiphop albums to come out in recent times...

but if they were tryin to hit a moving car, while they were also driving, its a lot more believable. im sure once rick ross heard the gunfire, he hit the gas real fast, making it a hard moving target. its also hard to shoot with an adrenaline dump (i heard this from someone who actually shot and killed someone legally)

Let's see I'm a combat veteran Iraq Desert Storm. If the story is they were being chased and then fired upon, you may have a valid point. But, if it was an ambush attack be it from the back or as the bullet holes in windows of the business, it would suggest they were side by side again if its unsuspected and they are using auto fire they would have hit the vehicle easily. To close in proximity of one another to have the wind affect it or even bad aim.

Just like a shotgun is a great gun for beginners because its a point and click weapon the spray area is broad. If the eyewitness are to be believe and they let off a lot of rounds in a short period of time estimates of 10 to 20 shots fired one of those rapidly, fired rounds would have lifted paint and or pierced that vehicle no matter the rate of speed, the vehicles are traveling because it is more or less CQC(close quarters combat) shot.

Or it could be a case of a young guy not knowing the weapon he's firing, and the first shot recoil the weapon which threw the trajectory off and with each shot fired the barrel raised the site line, hence the holes in windows of business.
