This album is cold. Real smooth and lavish shyt. Could've done without Summer Seventeen and Dead Presidents. Those sound like 2010 leftover Ross tracks. And Powers That Be should have been something grand, but it ended up just being pretty good. So many other dope tracks though, Santorini Greece, Triple Platinum, Trap Trap Trap, Lamborghini Doors, and Scientology all slap.

Pretty much exactly how I feel. Take out the couple of trap songs and up the quality on the Nas song a bit and you have a near classic.

Not sure why he didn't have the hook play after one of the other verses on Powers that Be. That hook is so powerful it would have taken it to another level instead of the "uh.......yeah.......uh......yeah" hook. Could have at least thrown a bridge in there. Great album though.

You just gotta let the words marinate sometimes. I like that part

You know, five years before Port of Miami, I was to a point where I may have even felt like quitting,” he shared in a recent interview. “I just had to stay focused and I started doing other things. I started writing for other people and being in other studio sessions with other artists. That’s what got me that opportunity to get in the studio with a young Kanye while he was making beats for another artist…we had a lot of time to just sit in the studio and talk about different things.”
