Beating up our bodies takes a toll, and eating healthy working out helps but sometime we damage so much unknowingly. That's why I am amazed people STILL smoke cigarettes, unrelated to Ross, but like my boys dad is going through some SERIOUS shyt right now, smoked for 40+ years, decided to finally stop 2 years ago but his insides are shyt, hes been in the hospital for 4 weeks now and went from like 170lbs to 115
