I have high blood pressure right now - I got screened early. I’m on meds and working out and have it under control. But I like to go out, so I’m gonna take blood pressure meds forever.

My point was be aware - our genetics may not match up with our lifestyles 100%, but you should know that shyt. I know I gotta control my blood pressure and weight and do a lot of cardio. Will it extend my life - I hope so. Knowledge is power.
