We need to change by centering our life around fitness and health and the crazy thing is black men lose fat and build muscle way faster than everybody else, white guys are always talking about out of shape black men coming to the gym and achieving a chiseled body in 6-7 months without supplements that it would've taken them a year and a half to two years with supplements to acquire. So a healthy lifestyle seems to benefit us more than it does anyone else.
