I think Rozay is waiting for 50's tape to drop, he picked this date deliberately when he heard Kanan was dropping on this day. I think he's waiting for Kanan release for whatever reason. Does he want to go head to head in terms of download/streams? Why else would he announce it after the release date for Kanan?
