I'd love to be a CO, they prolly get good benefits. I'd smuggle food and drugs for the black prisoners, so they can run the yard.
You have no clue. They would just say to bring in more shyt or else they'd tell on you. You'd be fired once you stop or get caught bringing that shyt in 
they both matter, both acts are fukkery and should result in banishment.

Snitching = Violation. Not quite what they do in prison, as it shows the other prisoners you have rat tendencies, as well as fukking it up for everyone else. Snitch on me no more subway sammiches and kush. choose up.

Dude, these CO's end up getting extorted until they can't take it anymore and that's when they rat on them (to the higher command). For instance, a tainted CO will bring in a cigarette for an inmate, then the inmate will tell him to bring in a box of cigarettes for him. The CO will do this until he feels the requests are too demanding and big. He gets money from it but the danger of being caught and losing his/her job halts their smuggling. Then the inmate will tell the high command about it and he will be fired. It happens to every CO who brings shyt in for these manipulators. There are NO secrets in prison, once the dirty CO does this everyone will know (the inmates at least) and others will come up to him and request something. Yes, they bring shyt in, but they eventually get caught because they don't want to become a slave to the inmate.
