Third, Rick Ross being VERY CLOSE with upper management of Wingstop would lead one to believe that maybe, just maybe, it's quite possible for him not only to have some shares but also the green light to open them up quickly

explain. pre-ipo meaning before the initial public offering ? wouldn't that mean it was a private company before hand and there fore how would've stock been acquirable .

Publix is one of the largest private companies in the country but its employees have access to buy its stock but you have to work there. Even a cashier can buy its stock but its not publicly traded.

I actually do know what I'm talking about. Do you know that wingstop allows for franchisees to do that? Like kingstl suggested and I cosigned its very possible. But until we know that Rick ross is invested its all speculation. And for what?
