Rick Ross wasted his 2011-2013 run making weak/wack versions of "BMF" and "MC Hammer". He could've transitioned from star to superstardom with his luxury raps lane produced by J.U.S.T.I.C.E League while incorporating Bink!, The Neptunes, and Timbaland.

I always thought the Pharrell produced "Presidential" was nice. His Bink! songs are some of his best. With Timbaland, I wished he'd went more in the R&B realm like Jay Z's "Part 3".

I didnt even know Chad made beats on his own. There's no doubts there seems to be a huge gap between neptunes and pharrell production.

Nah he definitely tried to recapture the cinematic grandeur of Deeper Than Rap/Teflon Don with that weak ass God Forgives I Dont and has been struggling since then. He just hasn't evolved since Teflon Don, been doing the same shyt for over a decade.
