all that networking with white folk, and in the end, they always stick together.

"Maybe the best rapper of any emcee. He may be the best," Rubin said referring to Eminem. "He's very hyper-critical of detail. And hears the music in a very deep way. And hears internal rhythms in tracks. And writes words to work on so many different levels rhythmically within what's going on musically. To where if we change a little thing in the track to better the track it might not work in his mind how it relates to what he's saying and how he's phrasing. His phrasing is so glued to the music and written that way." (BBC Radio 1)

I do t really see anything wrong with what he's saying :yeshrug:

Em has always been a perfectionist when it comes to lyrics. Has it translated to good music lately, IMO no ,but you can tell he cares a lot about his lyrics. Jay jumps in the booth and just spits what he feels for the track. The other side is I feel jay has been making better tracks than em post relapse, but both have been sub par for there skill set the last 5 years

Em is better technical rapper, but I feel like I've past the phase where I can actually stop what I'm doing and listen to an Eminem track :ld: but I'll surely be bumping D'Evils, Lucifer, Soon You'll Understand and them few other gems always :obama:

Question remains for all the accolades why is his music so garbage. Eminem can rap but making good songs any classic albums is not something he mastered. He has the worst discog of any G.O.A.T. candidate but yet they overlook all that and the lack of growth/maturity in the music.

Lupe can also rap intricately and with great technical ability but his music has also been sub par why ain't or people boosting him up in the same light as well... :mjpls:

I respectfully disagree with him but what did he say about Jay Z?
