Well I figured first they trade k love for a player and a pick or two and then move Rubio maybe at the draft to a team like the lakers (Rubio has drawing power).
After that go on a youth movement and clear cap and improve via the draft...once you have players in place sign a free agent

As someone who lived in Minny at one point it pains me to see what has happened since KG...No one wants to play there for several reasons and sadly I dont blame them the FO has not done anything to make an above average player believe that they will put any decent pieces around them if they are there...plus Its like nuclear winter there after September every year
