When you got kids coming from fukked up environments surrounded by negativity how do people expect they gonna turn out? Not every black man is getting locked up on false charges, I don't believe that. I do believe a lot of black men are getting harsher sentences, but at the same time some of these goons go in for 1 year and be out. It's happened. ​

It's interesting that the pendulum on this subject is starting to swing a different direction. At a certain point these neighborhoods are going to have to demand more from those committing these crimes and turning the community into a war zone. We need a reset button pronto. Folks waiting on the government to do something about, or expecting the police to do their job, etc., is just foolish. You want something handled, sometimes you have to do it yourself. Folks don't want to confront their cousins, or their sons, or the uncles. Women aren't off the hook either as they keep having babies with these fools, and too many of the kids they raise continue the cycle. We need a national reset.

What's crazy is that black folks didn't seem like this in the 50s and 60s. We were real family oriented and took school very serious. Maybe I'm wrong? I don't think black gangs was a thing until after those who protected the neighborhoods broke up.
