People really get to believing that you lose matches and suddenly it means your career is over and you should quit. Hate to sound like a boomer, but that is an example of millennial entitlement type shyt. I don't know where this shyt came from where people started believing that their favorite wrestlers have to win all the time or there's no hope.

there is a difference to losing matches in the context of ongoing storylines and the bigger picture
vs getting squashed by Brock in 90 sec and getting beat in 24/7 match (wwe's comedy division) to a no name

you could make an arguement back in the day when WWE did long-term stories but what in recent memory have they done to earn that benefit of the doubt especially when it comes to a black wrestler?

Hell Sammy Guevara forever eating pins but guess what, dude is still over. You know why? Because he has the personality of 10 drunk shyt eating heels at a wrestling convention roasting neckbeards. Its not even WWE's fault, but more so Ricochet who is known for his crazy ability in the ring and less of his mic work which for the love of God, I still applaud Lucha Underground for just letting him do the moves and less talking. If I know my mic skills are trashbag bad but my moves are legit, I would avoid the WWE call up like the plague because they want wrestlers to talk even if they are deaf
