To me it's always odd when trained fighter says to untrained person "i can beat you up". There would be a problem if he couldn't... he's trained.

"I could beat him in a real fight" and burying the long term champ as not a big deal is probably not gonna go over well. There's a way to work angles in interviews and this isn't it, just buries Roman.
