here is the sad part...for those ( im this maybe most of you) that want Lurie to show Chip the door

there is no way he can- he went 20-12 in his first 2 years....even if they go 1-15-I cant see him getting canned on one horrible year

If Cousins can win 2 straight games, he might have a case but right now Cousins still isn't the guy.

What I've learned for 20+ years of being a 'skins fans is to stop being irrational. After the rams game, fans & especially the ones that post on extremeskins & call up to local radio were ready to punch our ticket to the superbowl.

The fact still remains we got outplayed and out coached in the 2nd half. The eagles stopped us on every drive except the last one. NO way will we go up to atlanta & beat the falcons nor will we beat the jets the following week.

And yeah at this point I believe RGIII is done in washington. Jay gruden refueses to even dress him, 4 weeks into the season & he hasn't even had shoulder pads on game day. No matter how up & down kirk will be this season, unless he's injured or we're just out of playofff contention will you even see RGII dress let alone play. Gruden is done with him & has put everything in cousins.

Cousins ceiling is still a backup who needs everyone around him to be great. But again this week I'm not listening to any of the local dc sports media & fans. Because again they'll be talking about the superbowl. A lot of fans are now calling for mgmt to release RGIII because cousins is "their guy" but as soon as he shyts the bed against atlanta & the jets they'll be screaming for robert.
