Notice the assumptions you're making here. You assume they have the same value system as you do. You assume they emote like you do. You assume that the distinction between watching a human baby starve and a baby gazelle ripped to shreds by a lion is somehow relevant to them. You assume they don't look at the women/children who are the victims of terrible crimes and their perpetrators as ALL victims of a broken human society. There's no right or wrong perspective.
