So Guggliotta, Terrell Brandon, Marbury, Cassell, Sprewell, Scerbiak, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce didn't have talent?

Paul Pierce and Ray Allen won a ring along with KG. That talent accounts for the one ring he did get. Would have been multiple had KG not gotten injured one year and Kendrick Perkin before game 7 of the finals in the next....

I said talent the LEVEL of Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli. If you're implying that an aging Sam Cassel, Latrell Sprewell, an overrated and one dimensional Wally Scerbiak and a malcontent in Stephon Marbury who bailed on KG for riches = Tony Parker and Mabnu Ginobli, then we evaluate player quality very differently. I didn't even mention David Robsinson who was aging, but still a valuable asset to Duncan.

And you ignored the whole "having a coach as great as Popovitch" part, by the way.

Spree was aging but Sam Cassell had one of his best years in Minnesota. Tony Parker has just turned himself into a elite player the last few years and Manu has great moments but has never really been nothing more then a role player and your forgetting that Duncan has a ring without those 2. I'll give you Pop though

All I'm saying is Kevin Garnett and Tim Duncan did not have anywhere close to equivalanet talent until KG went to Boston.

They don't have similar games on the offensive need, but they are both great, talented players and defensive anchors. With the right pieces they are the type of talents that win multiple rings. That's why KG only having one will always bug me. That Minnesota team in 2003-2004 had a legit chance if Cassell was healthy against the Lakers, and that Celtics team should have won at least 3.
