Literally just went to the doc yesterday, got some torn cartilage in my left knee. Might have to have surgery a little further down the line.

It’s from all those times trying to show off i could touch rim in middle school and high school I’m sure :snoop:

I've had a shoulder impingement for a while too and incline bench press really hurts the fukk out my left shoulder.

Gonna start working on strengthening it again and being consistent.

What's fukking with you right now brehs and brehettes

4. Dunno is it's my wristbands I'm allergic to but both wrists look like I got eczema
This right here. My left wrist developed an itchy spot from the silicone watch band. I switched it to the right arm and no issues , but I think because I have a scar/keloid in the same place on my right wrist.

Dairy is causing huge issues for me. Eczema mainly, I have a few patches that I’m trying to manage.

Osgood Schlatter a bytch I had that in my early teens.

Anytime I’d play ball...the day After my knees would ache and swell up real bad unless I iced/wrapped them

shyt got so annoying to me that I rarely go jogging. I go biking or use my stationary bike now for cardio. :martin: My doctor told me that shyt was supposed to go away by itself. 15 years later it's still there.

Yeah you have to leave that dairy alone and purify your diet as much as possible. Try making some "Golden Milk". It's a Indian turmeric drink easy to make and is a powerful anti-inflammatory. Just be sure to use honey or maple syrup for sweetener not sugar. About to make me some more in a couple hours
