shyt got so annoying to me that I rarely go jogging. I go biking or use my stationary bike now for cardio. :martin: My doctor told me that shyt was supposed to go away by itself. 15 years later it's still there.
Running/jogging will tear up your knees..dk where you live but I stick to medium distance biking for cardio in the warmer months

Both ankles are fukked up cant go full speed and stride like I want to (still fast af tho)
Gained some weight this year due to eating and not hitting the gym for damn there two weeks but I’m on day 5 on going back and I haven’t lost any strength.

It ain’t happened in a minute but I have major back spasms. Sometimes a nikka will just collapse for no reason but last year I was just feeling my back like needles were sticking me. Maybe I should drink more water but most water don’t taste good lmao. Think I’ll go back to fasting to lose the weight soon.

Yeah you have to leave that dairy alone and purify your diet as much as possible. Try making some "Golden Milk". It's a Indian turmeric drink easy to make and is a powerful anti-inflammatory. Just be sure to use honey or maple syrup for sweetener not sugar. About to make me some more in a couple hours
Thank you! I drink turmeric “tea” by seeping the root in hot water and honey to sweeten. Didn’t like the “milk” recipe.

Body aches and bad nerves....broke my collar bone 4th grade...shyt ain't been right since..shyt just randomly hurts for no reason some days...got hit by a fed ex truck that ran a red light when I was 20....another head on collision 6 months later...got stabbed in my chest and back and got nerve damage....shyt make me damn near cry sum time..just be having random shooting pains....use to fight alot..hands be aching sometimes...rainy days can be hell...getting old ain't for the weak...

For me, it's my left knee. Can't jog like I used to without pain. I had to get a bike just to get some cardio in.

As of 1 hour ago, my left hamstring. Pulled it when playing soccer

Legs is sore cause a ran a mile in 11 mins, biked a little over 3 miles in 10 mins on level 5 on a stationary bike and climbed 36 floors in 10 mins on level 7 on the stationary bike:ahh:


But it's a good kinda sore though :whoa:
