I heard about that but can't that Paleo diet cause u to not get enough vitamin D cuz u not drinking milk or eating enough yogurt, etc.
You can get vitamin d from Salmon, eggs, and other things

Vitamin D-3 (sun) is more important than the vitamin D you’d get from milk, yogurt, etc any ways. So it’s a good idea to take multi-vitamins or D-3 supplements.

I got a right knee that I injured ( not sure how 2 years ago) that bothers me . I now wear a velcro athletic brace and I'm good. Without it, it gets sore easily.

Lower back is a little fukked from a race I had and then trying to hurdle on the injury the next day, lowkey been out for a month with it

BP and Cholesterol are up. I may also have Sleep apnea which may be the cause of both. And a general dislike for white people

My hamstrings, the left one in particular is stiff and hurts when i walk. But once i discovered a foam roller....:blessed::blessed: no pain


Once a week and its heaven. it dont feel right walking normal again:mjcry::wow:
