Heard something crack in my right shoulder doing some dumbbell presses like 2 months ago. No pain but lots of discomfort and throwing a baseball is impossible.
Yeah breh I ain’t know either till recently
My legs are getting thicker, from weight training, not happy about it at all.
Last year, it was:
1. Syphillus (but cured now since I done finished my anti-biotics) --- shiit was scary and I thought since she just had her baby, she was clean. Boy was I fukkin' wrong.
2. Hemorrhoids. But since I started this intermittent fasting... a lot of issues I had with my stomach and sphincter region nearly dissipated. It's the best thing you can do... because (bad) food is generally the culprit for all/most health woes.
3. Got into a front end collision and my neck was fukked for a bit... but did some massage therapy and worked out consistently and it naturally alleviated itself.
That's about it. To be 36 with a clean bill of health (got checked up again last Black Friday cuz I had the day off... STD free).
Tryna use more protection in 2019 and haven't gone raw all year (but that may change tomorrow when I go out on a date with this somali chick... thick and lovely).
Old habits die hard fam.
.
What's wrong with thick legs?No more weight training on lower half, and going back to only doing cardio, and just focusing on upper body strength training. I don't want to be thick.

What's wrong with thick legs?
I feel you. I think thicker legs still look good on women who have a phat ass but women who're top heavy don't look as good with them. I don't know your body type but I agree to each is own.Don't like them. To each their own.I like slimmer body builds.
Does it get worse at night?Gyot damn this thread is depressing.
But lemme contribute. I either got gout or planters fasciitis and shyts is completely debilitating to my right foot. During the winter, I typically stay active by being in a racquet league and skiing. Since November, I’ve been pretty inactive and it’s fukking with me. Gained a few pounds. The worse pain.

If so it's definitely gout. I had a couple of gout attacks a few years ago. One of the worst pains ever. Lucky me i havent had one in a very long time. Key is to know what foods trigger it in you and to eat them in moderation.
For me it's actually two of my favorites: Goat and Shrimp
I just gotta make sure i drink lots of water on the days i eat a lot of those things
