The real truth is the Dems didn’t realize that the landscape changed.

I actually heard a breh on YT discussing this and I think he was on point:
Politicians have always lied. Republicans just used the internet to push their propaganda while Democrats completely ignored the new playing field. Democrats needed to fight fire with fire and lie like the Republicans to capture the idiotic voters, and then just do what they needed to do after beating Trump.

Obama’s team utilized the internet/social media and that was a big part of why he won. Instead of following that lead, Dems let Republicans get a stronghold in the online world.


Ppl called it out, but waaaay too late.
All the “redpill”, MMA community, etc…..all that stuff was a pipeline to republican/conservative values, which would lead them to more online spaces that eventually created and fortified the republican base.

Democrats should’ve been funding their own left wing social media personalities.

Charlie Kirk, etc— these guys are NOT organic. They are funded and given scripts/topics to push.

Democrats are playing an old game.

Get on the internet with your own propaganda and lie to the ppl. That is where we are. Then get in office and pursue whatever agenda you believe is best for the country.

The funny thing is that for all the bs about conservatives knowing how to debate....all they do is bullshyt on these shows. It wouldn't be hard for someone who knows their shyt to really expose this, but until 2025 the dominant liberal (and leftist) sentiment was that you cannot engage with these people because xyz. Go listen to Graham Hancock on Rogan. This dude constantly lies and bullshyts about archeology and basic historical facts. And yet actual historians don't go on the show to counter Graham. And actual smart liberals (and leftists) don't go on there to counter the other shyt either. The problem of course is that a large swath of the audience wouldn't care because facts don't matter. All they want is slop that sounds good. Bringing on some random dumbass to say Hitler was a communist while Rogan nods his head just flows because when people don't read or care about history they don't care about facts. I can imagine Obama or Mayor Pete going on Rogan and smoking people but will it matter? The brain damage is too deep. The issue is guys like Rogan, Peterson, etc aren’t necessarily political; they just appeal to young men because of their perspective, advice, lifestyle, values, etc <— and all that shyt conveniently lines up with “conservative” values…….
This is why they are winning with Gen Z white guys; these social media guys are essentially influencers who are leading men down the pipeline to conservatives/republicans.


Peterson was literally a Canadian professor who was giving general advice about how to find your path in life, etc; got popular because he said he didn’t agree with gender-neutral pronouns, left his university position and went strictly online, years later he’s connected to the US conservative movement. You know how many white boys’/men’s minds he has captured in the past 7-10 yrs?!

Not just white boys too, sadly. The issue is that there is a middle ground that too many on the left refuse to accept or take hold of and use as a means of pushing their own brand of the message without any of the right-wing aspects. Instead, the entirety of that thing is treated as bad, including the salient parts, making the left look crazy. The left used to be viewed as being very laid-back and that has since changed. Funny story: 4cac used to be very left-leaning, constantly mocking republicans. They celebrated Obama winning and mocked Romney when he lost. fast-forward, such a thing is inconceivable because the left stopped seeming as the party of freedom and just doing whatever as long as it is not hurting anybody. Instead, it is viewed as the party of finger-wagging and stuffiness, which is what the right actually is.

The left needs to learn not to throw out the baby with the bathwater when it comes to these things.
