Electric zoo two years ago was canceled cause people were dying of molly overdoses. I agree...but I know and can tell when push comes to shove and it gets really rowdy the police will not bring out riot squads and potentially have suzie, chloe, zoe, zach, hollister, chance, lizzy, and kai's parents suing the hell out of the police department.

Sorry...at this point no one can convince me that race doesn't play a significant factor into how police deal with large crowds.

Oh I agree with what you're saying about the reaction, and damn right I'd be livid if I paid $200- $1000+ to go to Summer Jam and there isn't a single entry way in that big ass billion dollar stadium that will accept my ticket.

They were showing clips on ABC and NBC just now where 8 cops in riot gear went after a black man who was just standing around unarmed, no nothing.

Let's not kid ourselves here...If this was a riot at let's say an ozzfest or a governor's ball (which is at Randall's Island this weekend) they would not be bring them out like that and the response would be different. We all know anything that draws a predominantly black and Spanish crowd is getting policed heavily...especially hip hop shows.

if the headline was " Giants and Jets fans riot after game" and you saw the same riot police...would you question it?

and all 80k were breaking the law or were there a couple of people fighting outside??

with that said, there's always a few that fukk it up for everyone. How determined do you need to be to wake up, drive or NJ transit or whatever to East Rutherford, NJ (you don't accidentally wind up there), tailgate or whatever, and then when it's time to go in, you have no ticket, but you try to jump over big ass fences to get inside to a seat you don't have?

I have no words for that stupidity.

Tents and kiosks were burned down.
ATM's were destroyed and torn apart.
Women were sexually assaulted and raped.
Shops were looted.

AND THEY STILL DIDN'T BRING OUT RIOT GEAR OR RIOT COPS CAUSE IT WAS A PREDOMINANTLY WHITE CROWD AND ALL WHITES RIOTING EVEN TRY TO COMPARE THE TWO.

When whites riot it's just "kids being kids" and "getting rebellious" for sports games and concerts. We know we're not given those same privileges or liberties of being seen in the same vein.

They shut down the doors/ will call windows at like 7 o'clock and refused entrance even to people with tickets, such as myself .

People were getting agitated and started to rush the door

I somehow got caught in the thick of the crowd and everyone started running Bc of fights , twice

I saw a man tell a dude he was about to eat his food Bc he was pushing his way thru the crowd

I'm not even gonna sit up here and defend police.... but you'd be a idiot to think that any sports stadium post 9/11 wouldn't have a riot squad ready or massive police presence for any type of disturbance.... on top of it being a rap concert

This. It's funny Bc at one point someone in the crowd said that it was almost like this was purposely done to provoke the crowd and told everyone to just chill. There's no way you're telling me a football stadium can't control and accommodate that crowd. It was pure fukkery and I shouldn't have even been there in the first place.
