No it's notyou act like inmates don't get stabbed up on the regular,nowhere in the article does it say this was a riot,just a disturbance,only reason they had to lock it down was cuz there was 80 inmates so at area where fight took place so they wanted to make sure there was no chance of escalating
well actually he's telling the truth. it is about even. it goes to show you how many nuccas they put in jail. we will be the smallest of the population in a city and be the largest pop in jail by far. most nuccas are there on petty crap or drug charges. not even anything heavy.my week in county we were outnumbered too, me (regular nikka) with a crip vs 2 eses, regular mexican, and 1 white boy. nothing popped off. the 2 eses were from rival gangs, but in jail they are allied under sureno banner. kinda weird listening to them talk about homeboys that each others hoods shot, but in jail are neutral and get along just fine and viewing us as the threat.(wish black folks got organized and followed rules like that damn)
I literally never saw it the other way around number wise but I heard that when it is lop sided in favor of blacks nothing pops off (for obv reasons). I brought this up to one of my mexican homies that was in for 60 days and he was like "nahh naaaaa its about even" right, in a city with 6% blacks, and 56% mexican, its even my ass.

out where? lol. unless something has changed blacks nad samoans use to throw hands but Samoans are so large no one was really trying to mess with them and they for the most part didnt mess with us. some were in black gangs. but i dont remember any blacks in their gangs. but i dont know about in a jail situation if they would click up with black folks. i highly doubt anyone testing a giant samoan on the streets or in prison without a gun, bat, pole in hand. lol
