getting out of control? how often does the local news channel report random black person that is NOT a celebrity or public figure dying from liver failure, high blood pressure, cancer?

smoking, drinking, and having a poor diet are all conscious choices made and everyone knows the consequence without a doctor telling them. the entire environment is poison and there is no doctor that can save you from the after effects of daily exposure to poison.
black people's mental health is extremely poor due to the 24/7 terrorism from white supremacy. also due to the system of white supremacy black people are subject to increased stress, lack of sleep, miseducation, lack of access to better quality food, etc.

health can be a very random thing, many people who have mediocre diets live a pretty long damn time, many folks who have a solid diet die early some people unfortaunently are predisposed to having worst health than others I have a pretty mediocre diet and have never caught much of anything (I also don't smoke or drink either which probably helps)

I've been watching Amanda since 7th grade. My teacher back then told my class we weren't babies anymore and needed to be aware of what's going on in the world. She made us write short paragraphs on subjects we saw on the news for extra credit. That's when I started watching the news. Amanda was one of the Black anchors I got attached to. Amanda.
