i think some of you are overstating the ECW death wave. yeah a lot of them ended up hooked on drugs. how many of them are still knowingly hooked on drugs cuz axl and balls were pretty public addicts.


like sandman is clearly an alcoholic and sabu probably has issues, but neither seem as bad as balls was YEARS ago. they might still die younger than the average person, but they aren't gonna die in their 40s. at least it seems that way.

i don't think there's anyone who spent a significant time in ECW whose death is coming this year. axl and balls had heavy fukking drug problems. it's sad as fukk, but i don't think there is some big ecw wave coming.

Breh I suggest yall check out Barbed Wire City which was a ECW doc that came out years ago. Balls and Axel wrestled with no insurance, no one to tend to their unnursed injuries and still were doing that wild shyt from the 90s. Axel said they leave and breath this hardcore shyt

Watched it a few months ago.......in this particular business, health is everything, man. Can't be puttin' band-aids on bullet wounds. 44 is way too young to be checkin' out........
