I don't need to spoiler it cause it's out in the open and widely known. If you keep the Roku and want International league pass you'd need a router that can run a VPN on it, if not you can rock with a droidbox that can run VPNs or something that can use Kodi which has a lot of the Reddit links in the Pro Sports add on.

a VPN service is $50 (for the year), and the League pass for India is $79 and gets you all the games without blackouts. That's cheaper than comcast
A 2 router setup with 1 router running the VPN exclusively for league pass so the rest of your traffic comes from your normal IP.
