Not sure how it works, but it would be nice if there was a stipulation that if the reward isn’t claimed then the money goes towards a charity of our choice instead of the police using it for something else.

If I read that right. That's the 16y.o suspects mom. But he didnt pull the trigger but was on the scene according to her. And hes not snitching due to threats? And shes getting threats also? From the killer(s) and/or their family and friends
