If he wasn’t “sick” sick my guess is with his weight he probably had OSA and died of a heart attack in his sleep. Breh stopped breathing, heart couldn’t get oxygen it needed and just stopped on him. A lot of people suffer from this esp heavy brehs. My cousins bf died of that shyt back in April. If y’all heavy snorers go get a sleep study done. You could be doing damage to your heart and not even know it.coupled with the “life” stress he was putting on it by being overweight.
