It would've been nice to get one last film from him (even though Twin Peaks: The Return was a great way to go out) but i do like how his last film work was his cameo playing John Ford in Spielberg's The Fabelmans. Hilarious scene and that's a lot of film history there.

Gonna be tough watching the greats i idolized as a teenager start to pass more and more. All these mfs are old now
