ALS is fukking terrifying, how quickly his condition deteriorated.

Their is some shyt you can do to prevent certain health issues, work out, eat right, avoid drugs/smoking/alcohol, limit stress, drink water, and get good sleep. But there's some shyt out there where your body just goes and there's absolutely nothing you can do to prevent it.
