ROH, NJPW, or PWG. Plus if you want to make it to the big show it's proven WWE recruits from them way more aggressively than TNA. There a lot of Indy feds below that too. GFW is one of the worst options to me.
Seems like more TNA guys made it to higher positions in WWE.

Are we sure half the roster can get into Canada for these shows? With all the shyt that's happened I wouldn't be surprised if Alberto is turned away.

There needs to be as many places for guys to work at as possible though. There's a certain type of wrestler that can have success in the ROH / PWG world and some cats might not want to take that long ass flight to Japan.
Plus Impact has better distribution in American than PWG, NJPW and for some areas where Sinclair doesn't have a foothold.
