How did she get killed but wasn’t shot?

I heard about 4 different ways she died and none of them was the right one, I'm not beliving shyt that happens anymore

The only confirmations are that she was found dead in her home, another man who isn't known to have had a relationship with her was found dead in the home, and the police have ruled it a murder-suicide, which virtually guarantees a firearm was used.

There is no indication if she was shot or not.
