If this is true it just goes to show you that having a pretty face, nice body, hundreds of thousands of followers on instagram with a bunch of thirsty dudes kissing your ass, etc. doesn't mean anything. A lot of these "models" and chicks on instagram have low self esteem and think having a bunch of thirsty followers makes up for it.

A lot of people do this especially with social media. They can only fake so much before the truth comes out. This whole build an impression of living the life on the internet and real life is wack because a lot of it aint geniune. When you keep it real, people are impressed by that. Nothing wrong with getting help or saying you're depressed where you need to let it out. Anybody that tells you different ain't real.
