RIP. If you were born in the mid 80s-early 90s this show was a pillar of sick days. Despite how his guests behaved, he always treated them with dignity and without judgment. The man carried himself with class despite being the king of Trash TV. To men of my generation he was the GOAT at what he did. Now he's a legend.

Breh you hit the nail on the head with this. Sick days and during the summer before legal driving age so you were pretty much in the house all day.

We used to look forward to watching all the fukkery. I seen a few guests on other shows like Ricki Lake and a few others shove each other, but this was the first time I seen full blown fights and brawls on a talk show! The fukkery was unprecedented.

Contrary to what somebody said, black, white, asian, gay etc - EVERYBODY looked bad! They literally had trailer park trash in every since of the word on there. The show never just singled out one group.
