Madden 93, 95, 97,01,04,05 are legendary. 95 i had the most fun playing with friends on snes. 04 is probably the best madden. NCAA 04 and NCAA 06 are my top 2 favorite football games of all time with maybe Madden 04 rounding out the top 3.

They had a touching special on him on Christmas Day, almost in a way like they knew before they made the special. I been down with madden since the first one on genesis. I even remember staring at the cover. At the bottom of the screen it would read ELECTRONIC ARTS

Sometimes when people die their greatest gets exaggerated. Not in Madden's case. Madden is a primary reason I'm aware of football and even understand it. Greatest color commentator guy to ever do it. He could make it so simple a child could understand it. Be it the drawing on the screen, the booms and other silly sound effects, the rambling on about Bertt Favre.
