Always lowkey iykyk type shyt. Miura gave them a style to run with![]()
My error, it was for Duranki. He had his assistants doing backgrounds for Berserk.
I highly doubt that they continue it after his passing.
Satoshi Kon all over.
Actually I appreciate how he opened up the lore of the skull night so much fukking more now, cause we at least know that there have been past apostles, and that likely either the skull night or that one apostle with that exposed brain killed or sacrificed them (makes alot of sense because he clearly is a master schemer based on his appearance) (which we could also hypothesize that another betrayal is going to happen amongst them, highly likely from Griffith because besides guts they literally are his only other obstacle) it makes an ending more clear at the very least using skull nights past as a barometer. And actually now that I think about it, destroying the apostles isn't the main goal, it's destroying the idea of evil! Everything else is a mystery but I do know for certain that in order for the world to be saved from these demons they have to permanently separate the realms and destroy the idea of evil to bring balance back.
I think its common at this point for the artists to have the ending already done in case something like this happens. Apparently the one-piece author has a plan too for how the story will end and had already written it down a while ago and shared it with a dying fan.He has his illustrators but with how sporadic the releases were they probably were still heavily reliant on him. Unless he told them to completely take over if he died this might be it
