You can tell anyone you want, but you are still snitching if you had nothing to do with it and are not involved in the situation.
If I knew you were, say for example, buying food stamps from someone and using their card at the Grocery Store......would it be snitching if I reported you and the person that sold them to you to the State? Or would I be doing the correct thing, because selling food stamps is illegal?
