He was a class act who portrayed Black men with dignity and honor.
Respect due.

This is so important. This is right after JJ Jimmy Walker and Rerun were super popular characters. Webster and Silver spoons were living with white men getting damn near molested on their shows, fukking literally.

Theo was learning life as a young man and taught respect and his character, even when making youthful mistakes wasn't a clown.

That carried on to every role I remember him by.
