I got put on to mf doom so late in my hiphop life and i regret i didnt stumble on it earlier

truly an amazing, perplexing, creative, and genuis artist. In every sense. Im so at a lost. I was expecting music soon.

i have so many questions. Howd he die? Where did it happen? How did the hiphop community not know? Like im seeing just blaze, dj premier, and pete rock being in shock as well on instagram.

I never was the biggest fan of his music, but went through all of it back in the blog era because everyone thought Madvillainy was the greatest album ever. I never saw it that way but I respected it. He was your favorite rapper's favorite rapper, but the average fan didn't know him. RIP to a legend.
