Y'all please take care of yourselves. I just left the hospital with uncontrolled high blood pressure. Ignored it for years because I wasn't having symptoms not knowing that my body was adjusting to how high it was and affecting other organs. Crept up on me two weeks ago--chest pains, vision problems, and lethargy. That shyt really is the silent killer.

A heart attack is not common for young people. It does happen though.

my boy passed last year from a heart attack. ugandan homie only 52 . he looked young asf. i knew his wife too we all used to work together. left behind 3 kids. every time i came home to the states guess who slid in my dms like "yo imma pull up lets go play pool" coolest cat.
now he's gone. shyt hurts.
heart attacks can happen at any age. my only advice is just eat healthier.
