Agree, but most people don't have heart attacks at 40 without a previous condition or an external source like drugs. That's abnormal, but still important to monitor health.

My older brother passed away a few years ago from a heart attack. 39 years old, active and in great shape, no drug use. Although unlikely, it can happen.
